Today is Remembrance Day ... Remembrance Day is commemorated on the anniversary of the end of World War I on 11 November 1918; however since 1997 the day has been used to remember those who died or suffered for Australia in all wars and armed conflict.  [  wikipedia link  ]  ..... lest we forget.

I had a surprise visit from DH yesterday LOL!  He came home just after I finished my cleaning for the morning .. timing huh??!! LOL!  And he didn;t have to leave again till 6 o'clock.  It was a nice surprise.  He even bought dinner - and before you say how sweet is that it was because I had planned to make risotto and he doesn't like it hahaha!!!  So guess what's for dinner tonight?!  LOL!!  He won;' be back till late Friday or early Saturday now and the kids have Friday off as a School Closure Day .. except for Samuel who has to go to Kinder so my Friday is gone again .. I have been having a bad luck run with Fridays lately, I hope the trend doesn't continue lol!!

Oh and I would like to share this awesome app that I stumbled upon last night for my iPhone.  If any one of you own one this is a cool app!!  I don't use a mouse for my lappy, ever since I got it I have had no need for it but sometimes it would be nice to use one like when I have my butt parked on my recliner with my lappy in front of me.  So I have this app called Air Mouse and it's freakin cool!!!  It's not as good as an actual mouse ofcourse but it's pretty darn cool ...

I have been scrapping ... I go to start a Challenge Heaven challenge and then something else comes out of me instead .. I think my mojo is a little afraid of the challenges that are there at the moment lol!!!

Check out Samuel's face lol!!  That angry glare reserved for me for always having a camera in front of my face!!

I really like how it turned out .. that pinkish red really pops with those neutral tones.  I was so excited when I saw the Meaningful Stitches pack by Spotted Dog Designs at The Lily Pad ... I LOVE the way Anne P has been stitching words on her pages lately and now I can do a digi version of that ... if I get time I may even make a few of my own that aren't of the messy look ...

And lastly I made this following layout using the Pencil Lines Sketch #159  I don't know whether I like this to be honest ... maybe it's all the negative space with the way the page is set up ... there's just something that is not quite right with it ....
